Closing your account
You can close your account at any time. Close open positions and withdraw your balance, then contact support and we will confirm closure.
Refunding deposits
Deposits are refunded to the original payment method. Funds not used for trading can be withdrawn, subject to verification. We do not refund trading losses.
Processing time
Refunds are processed within 5-8 business days of approval. Your bank or payment provider may take longer to credit the funds.
Chargebacks
If you dispute a payment with your bank without contacting us first, we may suspend your account while it is investigated. Please contact support first.
Fees
We do not charge a fee to refund unused deposits. Payment providers may deduct their own charges.
