Important notice
Important risk warning
Trading in financial instruments, including Contracts for Difference (CFDs) and foreign exchange, carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. The high degree of leverage can work against you as well as for you. You could lose some or all of your initial investment, so you should never trade with money you cannot afford to lose. 74% of retail investor accounts lose money when trading CFDs with this provider.

Only trade with money you can afford to lose, and seek independent advice if you are unsure. We are not liable for losses you may incur, except where they are caused by our negligence, wilful default or fraud. Our services are for people aged 18 or over.
This website is owned and operated by Uprime Capital LTD, company no. HV01026499, with its registered office at P.B. 1257 Bonovo Road, Fomboni, Comoros, KM. This notice forms part of your agreement with us. Read it with our Terms and conditions.
Leverage and the risk of loss
Leverage lets you open a position much larger than the money you put up (your margin). It magnifies gains and losses alike. Example: with 1:30 leverage, $1,000 of margin controls a $30,000 position, so a 3.3% move against you uses up your whole $1,000.
You get a margin call when your margin level falls to 100%. At 50% we start closing your positions automatically. Retail clients cannot lose more than the funds in their account: if a fast market takes your balance below zero, we reset it to zero.
Markets, prices and costs
Prices can move sharply on news and can gap, especially at the open and over weekends. A stop-loss does not guarantee your loss will stop at the level you set. We do not offer guaranteed stops, so a stop fills at the next available price.
Our prices come from tier-one banks and liquidity providers, and we may act as the counterparty to your trade. You pay spreads, commission where it applies and overnight financing, whether your trade wins or loses. Client money is held in segregated accounts with at least two tier-one banks, and eligible clients may be covered by a compensation scheme for up to £85,000 per person.
Risks of specific products
- Forex, metals and energies: highly leveraged, and sensitive to interest rates, inflation and geopolitics.
- Indices, shares, commodities, bonds and ETFs: can gap on company news, harvests, yields or issuer default.
- Crypto CFDs: extremely volatile, and may be restricted in some countries.
Copy trading, tools and technology
Copying a trader does not remove risk, and past results do not predict future ones. Automated strategies and third-party tools can place many orders very fast, so test on a demo account and set limits. AI tools, webinars and live sessions are for information and education only, and are not a recommendation. Outages, delays and cyber-attacks can stop you from placing or closing a trade, so keep your software up to date and never share your password.
Not advice and tax
We do not give investment, tax or legal advice, and you are responsible for your own decisions. Your profits or losses may be taxed, and the rules can change. Premium benefits and rewards do not reduce the risk of trading.

We do not offer services, or accept clients or payments, connected to these countries or regions:
- Russia
- North Korea
- Iran
- Syria
- Sudan
- Cuba
- Crimea region of Ukraine

Compliance and account restrictions
We monitor accounts and payments and may ask for extra documents to meet anti-money-laundering rules. Fraud, money laundering, abusive trading and false details are prohibited. Payments linked to restricted countries may be blocked, and we may suspend or close your account and your positions if you break these rules. You are responsible for any fines or damage from your own breaches.
